Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field,
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction of educational facilities or large-scale projects,
3. Proficient in using construction-related software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar,
4. Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations,
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, and
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
